Magic the Gathering's latest set, March of the Machine, will be releasing soon and we will be hosting a suite of prerelease events to celebrate!

FORMAT

During these draft events, each participant will receive 3 March of the Machine draft boosters. They will draft these boosters in a "pod" of other players, picking 1 card from each pack as they pass them around the table. Players will use these cards to build a 40-card limited deck (borrowing basic lands from the store or using lands they brought from home). All participants will then play 3 best-of-three matches, being paired up against opponents with a similar record. Read more about the draft format here.

PRIZES

Two set packs of March of the Machine per player will be entered into the prize pool. At the conclusion of the event, all players will receive a prize, with participants who went undefeated receiving twice as many packs as those who went X-1, and with all players leaving with at least one pack. Additional prizes may be added to the pool and/or randomly distributed based on attendance and availability.

BEFORE THE EVENT

Please show up 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to have time to check in. Participants will need an official Wizards account to participate. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free here. Participants should download the Magic Companion app for the event. This app will be used for pairings and reporting. You can download that app here.
