A Day in the Life

• You create lasting relationships with customers, sharing your enthusiasm for our culture, products, and community. You go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
• You stay informed about company updates, product launches, and community events, ensuring you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• You help prepare the store for the day by replenishing inventory, organizing displays, and setting up demos.
• You answer store phones, respond to voicemails, and manage the store’s email account as needed.
• You assist in closing the store, including cleaning, trash and recycling duties, and other end-of-day tasks.
• You efficiently use our Point of Sale system to process transactions, handle payments, refunds/exchanges, and manage gift cards.
• You are a key player in educating customers about in-store gaming events and community initiatives, sparking interest and excitement in what we offer.
• You create a welcoming environment for in-store events and help ensure these events run smoothly and are enjoyable for all participants.
• You handle special orders and assist customers in registering for upcoming events.

Must Haves:

• A welcoming personality and a passion for helping customers have the best experience possible.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A strong desire to learn about and eventually master the many different tabletop games we offer.
• Experience working with children aged 4-12.

Pay Range: 

$15-18/hour

Fine Print:
This role is primarily on the retail floor, requiring 10-15 hours per week, mostly during nights and weekends. Due to our work with children, a background check will be required.
